Parent Coaching:

"After my two teens were diagnosed gifted with ADHD, I was overwhelmed with where and how to begin supporting my kids. Audrey helped me quickly learn about and navigate the aspects of ADHD, identify our areas of struggle, and discover the most effective tools to add to our executive function toolbox. Her compassion and support also helped me grow as a parent...I can’t thank Audrey enough for the changes and conversations that have happened in our home in such a short period of time."
