Semester-Long Student Coaching

Helping neurodivergent students build confidence, life skills, and independence

Navigating college or rigorous high school academics with ADHD can feel overwhelming — even for students who are bright, motivated, and capable.

Executive function challenges like time management, organization, emotional regulation, and follow-through can make it hard to translate potential into consistent progress. This can leave students feeling stuck and parents unsure how to help.

This semester-long, one-on-one coaching experience for college students & committed high school students provides personalized, student-centered support to help neurodivergent students build the skills, strategies, and confidence they need to manage school and life more independently.
